We had some roof repairs done just this last week by Hardy. Both he and Joyce visited us ahead of the repairs for an estimate and consultation. We found them both to be very approachable people, no hidden agendas, and above all, the repairs were done to an absolute professional quality. Since we are not at the home 100% of the time, Hardy took pics of the repairs and Joyce sent them to us. We could tell in an instant that the work done was stellar and we are more than confident that there will be no issues of similar category in the years ahead. Joyce, Hardy, and team are of the highest caliper and we give our highest recommend. Do NOT hesitate to contact them for any repairs.

We had Skyline Home Improvements install a new roof on our house the end of July and we couldn't be happier. Joyce & Hardy were a pleasure to work with. Not only were they able to get the job done within our short timeframe, but their friendliness, professionalism and workmanship were all first rate. They excel in the customer service they provide. Very pleased with SHI on my new home in the LACC- they were reffered by another contractor- I called and was told up front that it may take some time do the recent earthquake but I was not in a huge rush. Anyway they did an excellent job in patching the open space left by removing the chimney Chase and were extremly reasonable-I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We are building a new home and SHI is currently installing the roof. I have worked with many roofers over the years and I am very impressed with Hardy's workmanship. His crew comes to the job site ready to work and takes pride in their workmanship. I will definitely use them on the next project...Dan

Skyline Home Improvement gave us a good bid to perform work necessary to sell our Almanor house. When some items on our bid proposal were not needed, they reduced the price accordingly. They are very reasonable and and trustworthy. All work was completed and was very satisfactory.

A previous contractor left our vacation house at Lake Almanor with a leaking roof. in winter. Hardy from Skyline, responded to our call for an estimate. Without even knowing if he would get the work, Hardy got on the roof and placed a temporary rainproof barrier. This prevented further damage. This showed he was conscientious and trustworthy. He gave us a good bid so we gave him the job to replace the roof and repair the damage. The subsequent work was as promised and was exceptionally satisfactory.

I had Skyline bid repairs on the house i was trying to purchase though fannie mae. They help me lot with with the underwritters and the loan people that keep changing the quotes. Joyce was very helpful with the bids. Once we got the ok to get the work started they were there everyday and weekends to get the job done right.. They were always informing about the work being done and any other repairs i wanted done above the estimate. I highly recommed they to anyone for there honest and hard work they done. Thanks- Dale
